Aion 2 Name Generator is a static naming tool. Everything you generate stays in your browser. This page covers the one optional thing that can leave it, and how to switch it off again.

What stays in your browser
The generator is a script in the page. Generating, copying, favouriting and clearing names never sends a request, and there is no account, no upload and no server-side storage of anything you type.
Two lists are kept in this browser only: your saved names under `aion2names-favorites` and your light or dark theme choice under `aion2names-theme`. Both are plain localStorage entries, not cookies, and neither is readable by this site on another device.
Analytics, only after you accept
Two third-party tools measure anonymous usage: Google Analytics 4 (G-G5SFV47MFC) and Microsoft Clarity (yxlka0kmpv). They record page views, referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation.
No generated name, saved list, or any text you interact with is sent to either provider. They are external services with their own policies, linked below.
What “accept” and “reject” actually do
Before you choose, no script from Google or Microsoft exists on the page — not a delayed load, not a disabled tag. Accept injects the two scripts and remembers the choice; Reject loads nothing at all.
Your answer is stored in localStorage under `aion2names-consent` so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the buttons below, or the “Cookie settings” control in the footer, to reopen the banner at any time. Withdrawing sends a denied signal to both providers and forgets the stored answer.
Withdrawing stops future collection, but it cannot delete cookies the providers already wrote — clear them from your browser settings if you want them gone. Google also offers an opt-out browser add-on.
Not an official tool
Aion 2 Name Generator is fan-made and independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSOFT, and it never queries a game server or claims to check name availability.
